Coaches Committee

Developing the federation coaching system, raising coach standards, and ensuring quality training programmes aligned with approved standards.

Mandate

The committee oversees coaches’ regulations, qualification and licensing pathways, and support for local and international coaching frameworks that serve athletes and the federation.

Roles

Develop and maintain the Coaches Committee Regulations and Coaches Regulations.
Propose coach qualification and licensing programmes and follow through on delivery.
Coordinate with the Technical and Competitions committees for aligned training and competition pathways.
Represent coaches’ needs to the Board and related committees.

Responsibilities

Review and update coach licensing standards in line with federation and international requirements.
Support coach development programmes, workshops, and accredited courses.
Monitor training quality in official programmes and events when required.
Coordinate on coaching-related complaints or breaches within approved authority.
Submit periodic recommendations to the Board on the coaching system.
