Mandate

The committee oversees season planning, competition regulations, coordination with officials and partners, and attracting international participation.

Roles

  • Plan and organize championships: prepare the annual calendar, venues, and event coordination.
  • Set competition regulations: develop and update rules that ensure fair and competitive events.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders: work with referees, coaches, and sponsors for smooth event delivery.
  • Attract international participation: invite international athletes to elevate championship level.
  • Evaluate performance: review events after completion to improve future organization.

Responsibilities

  • Organize championships in line with the approved calendar and regulations.
  • Develop and implement competition rules for fair and effective events.
  • Coordinate with referees, teams, and sponsors for integrated event delivery.
  • Attract local and international athletes to raise competition standards.
  • Manage logistics including registration, broadcasting, and accommodation efficiently.
  • Review event performance and recommend improvements for organizers and participants.
