Mandate

The committee reviews financial disputes within the federation’s remit, applies the Financial Disputes Committee Regulations, and issues decisions under approved procedures.

Roles

  • Receive and examine financial disputes referred under the regulations.
  • Ensure fair and transparent procedures for all parties.
  • Issue decisions and recommendations within approved authority.
  • Coordinate with the Legal Committee and related bodies when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Apply the approved Financial Disputes Committee Regulations.
  • Document procedures and decisions clearly and systematically.
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout proceedings.
  • Report periodically to the Board as required by the regulations.
